Personalized items
Personalized embroidered items are made specifically to order.
As such, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the event of an error on our part or a defect found upon receipt.
We invite you to carefully check the spelling of the name, the selected options, and all the information provided before confirming your order.

Non-personalized items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned:
• unused
• unwashed
• in their original condition
• with their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any incomplete, worn, or damaged item returned will not be refunded.

Order cancellation
As personalized creations are made specifically to order, no cancellation will be accepted once the order has been confirmed.
For non-personalized items, a cancellation may be considered only if the order preparation has not yet begun.
Administrative processing fees and bank transaction fees may be retained in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Defective item or error
If, despite our vigilance, an item has a defect or a personalization error, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Photographs may be requested to confirm the defect.
After verification, we will propose a suitable solution (exchange or refund).
