Production times
Each personalized creation is made to order.
A production time of 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) is necessary to guarantee a neat finish and a quality result.
This preparation time allows us to give particular attention to each order and to create delicate and elegant embroidery.
Shipping your order
Once your creation is ready, your order is shipped according to the delivery method selected at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
